Service Phases
Phase 1: Rough
This phase prepares a clean space free of construction dust and materials for a final contractor walk-through. Stickers and film are removed from appliances, construction dust is wiped and removed from all surfaces and floors are thoroughly cleaned. Excess paint and caulk are scraped and windows are thoroughly cleaned.
Phase 2: Detail
This phase prepares the home for realtor home tours and open house events. Surfaces and trim work are thoroughly cleaned alongside of a full deep cleaning service. This cleaning provides a crisp and clean home, ready for viewing and foot traffic.
Phase 3: Final
This final phase provides a detailed and thorough deep clean and sanitization for move-in day.
