Erika Alvarado founder of Namer cleaning services, has an inspiring story that blends a passion for cleaning with a deep commitment to women’s empowerment.

Between 2011 and 2013, Erika worked for a cleaning company. This period proved to be much more than  just a job, it was where she discovered her true calling: the transformation of homes. For Erika,  witnessing the impact of a deep cleaning went beyond aesthetics. It was satisfying to see the change and the positive impact on people’s emotional state.

In 2013 as a single mother, Erika made the brave decision to start working independently. This stage marked the beginning of her own path in the cleaning world, building the experience and determination that would later lead her to larger- scale entrepreneurship.

The creation of Namer cleaning services stemmed from an ever deeper motivation: being a cancer survivor. This experience compelled her to found her own company with a clear vision: to provide work and empower women to take on leadership roles and through that achieve their personal and professional goals.

Namer Cleaning Services isn’t just a cleaning company, its a reflection of Erika’s resilience and her commitment to creating opportunities for other women, building a legacy of quality service and female leadership.
